Pinky follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit the app. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the app, tracking users' movement on the app, and gathering demographic information.
Like any other app, Pinky uses "cookies". These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the app that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our app content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information.
To ensure the secured running of the software and services provided, protect network security, prevent cyber crimes, identify anomalies related to your account, and for the purpose of anti-fraud, we will collect data of your network access logs and user logs, device information and device location (including IP address, GPS location, and WLAN access point which provides related information, Bluetooth and base station/sensor information) software version, mode/type/status/operator of access to internet, SSID and BSSID, network quality, software installation list, currently running process, overall condition of the running applications, overall installation and usage performance, application source and other log information (details of usage time and frequency, device statistical information, critical operation paths, error logs, crash records, language and time zone, Internet Protocol (IP) address, Internet Service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data).
In order to conduct feature analysis of your preferences, habits and locations, so as to provide you with customized services that will suit your better, we will collect the following data:
A. Follow, search, and browse preferences and other data related to your operations and usage behavior;
B. The interactive data that you actively provide, such as feedback, post, like, comment, and reward will be stored in our server, because storage is necessary to achieve this function;
C. Geographical location of your device given that your express consent has been given (including IP address, GPS location, and WLAN access point which provides related information, Bluetooth and base station/sensor information), GPS information belongs to sensitive data. Refuse to provide this information, you will not be able to use relevant service based on GPS location, will prevent you from obtaining better platform services, but does not affect the normal use of other functions. You can go to "My → Settings → Privacy Settings" to choose to stay indetectable to nearby users, clear location information, show/hide the distance from other users.
Pinky's Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or apps. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options.
You can choose to disable cookies through your individual browser options. To know more detailed information about cookie management with specific web browsers, it can be found at the browsers' respective apps.
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.
Pinky does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13.
